Too Late??

Is it too late to start something new? Are you ever to old to start something new? Should you just play it safe? Where do you get from doing that? No where. I have been playing it safe all my life, no risk no rewards. It is time to step out of my comfort zone, my safe place. I challenge everyone to stop setting in your safe place get out live. Don’t you think you owe it to the one life your given to live it and do more. Some people never get past their safe places and miss out on everything that this planet has to offer. I have come to realize doing some of these solo hikes it’s sad that more people don’t get out and enjoy this more. I encourage more of you to get up and #getoutside.

Fair Weather Outdoorsman or Women

I remember a few years back walking in to a big box sports store looking at the camping gear only to find very little. I asked the sales person where is all the camping/backpacking gear, which he told me it was out of season. I looked at him and said there is no out of season for camping. coming up through scouts we camped in 100 degrees down to -5. I have camped in everything from dry, rainy and snow storm. I say bring it on. So the next time you want to get out don’t let the weather stop you. Gear up and get out.
