Glad to find your Youtube channel. That looks like an interesting build. I am going through a similar exercise, with a Toyota Prado 150 (down spec Lexus). I got the mid-spec version because, while I would have liked the top spec version for the rear locker, I love the Prado as a model and second hand the 150s are VERY hard to find here in New Zealand, especially as I didn’t want a Japanese import, so I grabbed what I could. I can always add rear locker later if necessary. This is replacing my 1996 Toyotas Prado 90 that I have had for over 20 years (twin diff locked, winch, bull bar, snorkel, etc) for back country touring trips and towing a small sleep-in trailer. So far I have added bull-bar and winch, snorkel, and transferred the light bar, and custom-made (by me) roof rack and drawer system (including lithium battery system. I am considering sliders to replace the side steps, and will upgrade the new cheap-brand AT tyres that came with it with something better when they wear out. A new suspension system to cope with the extra weight and give a slight lift will happen some time.
