So I am going over my schedule for up coming couple of months and to see where all I am going, what gear I will need and do I need to make reservations. How far out do you plan your outings? My thought is always know where your going and what your going to need to succeed. If you plan your gear a head of time you wont get to camp and have that oh crap moment that you forgot something. With that said what type of camping are you going to do i.e. car camping, bushcraft camp, backpacking or even cabin camping. In the coming days I will be touching more on these types of camping set ups and gear list for each.

So I am always looking for new fire starting methods. So I am going old school and not new by any shape of way. I picked up a flint and steal kit and going to give this a try. I will be videoing my tries so stay tuned. Also wish me luck.

Going on an Adventure

Well Bill and I are taking his Jeep on the trail this weekend. Stay tuned for the video to come. We are also planning a bigger trip for the spring. This should be good.

We are still here just haven’t posted in a while. Trying to get the new year going. I am trying to make plans for the tear just not sure what all we are going to get into as of yet. Wanting to do a lot more camping with a little bush craft tossed into that. Also wanting to go back to blade show this year. Of course we will be doing hikes and product reviews.
