Shooting with the Canon AE-1: My Film Photography Journey

I did it. I picked up a copy of a Canon AE-1 Program, and it is a clean camera. But it did have the Canon squeal. I have been able to oil it, take care of that, and not mess it up doing so.

Now I do have a few lenses for this camera since I already have a Canon T50, so I already have them. On this day, I was shooting with a 28mm lens. None of the photos you are seeing have been edited and were shot using Fuji 400 speed film.

Now everyone knows I am a Canon fan boy, but I also shoot on many other brands, but this is the camera I have been searching for, and I got such a deal on it, and so glad it works and works great now with a little oil and luck.

In closing, I am so happy to have this in my collection and ready to shoot more pricey film stocks and see what I can get out of the AE-1 Program. Who knows what I will get next, but it will shoot 120mm film….

Water Fawl Shoot

Today I took. my Canon Rebel XTi attached the Canon 24-105mm L Lens and went to the lake to see what kind of shots I could pull off with that combo. This camera came out in 2006 with a whopping 10 megapixels. So what kind of results will I get out of this thing. I think you will be as amazed as I was by the results. Unforgettable Couples Retreat at Bolt Farm Treehouse

So, I had an opportunity to spend the night at the beautiful and breathtaking views couples getaway. They have private settings and beautifully decorated domes atop the mountains of a little East Tennessee town called Whitwell.

You can sit and enjoy the views just down from your chairs and sip an adult beverage. You also have a nice fire pit for those chilly nights and to make smores.

The next few pictures will be inside the dome itself. The decor is really classy and has it’s modern flare.
